About the Challenge
This open challenge is designed for youth aged 18 to 45 who want to become physically fit through a 100% natural body transformation. This is a community-driven fitness competition. Every participant will have 150 days, starting December 1, 2025 and ending on April 30, 2026, to improve their fitness and share their progress.

Natural Rules
100% natural transformation. Steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs are not allowed.
Judging Process
After the challenge ends (April 30, 2026), winners will be announced within 10-20 days.
